10:00 a.m.       Gentle Yoga:  Linda Chandler, RYT 200              
A very soft form of yoga to relax your body and mind.  An excellent class for those with physical limitations or if you just prefer a much slower pace. No yoga experience required. 1.15 hour 
 
11:00 a.m.       Tantric Hatha:  Anne Patterson, E-RYT 500
Feel the blissful state of this balanced practice from a flow to hold, pranayama, bandha and Yoga Nidra.  Enrich your life movements. Bring a resolution. 1.5 hour
 
11:30 a.m.       SloMoFlow Yoga:  Donna Pomeroy-Brown, RYT 200
Invite grace and awareness through vinyasa and stillness that will integrate body, mind and heart wisdom.  This slow flowing practice will release vibrant energy and courses through you naturally.  We'll befriend the body by exploring breath, gravity and the yielding of the spine.  All levels welcome. 1.15 hour
 
1:30 p.m.         Restorative Yoga:  Linda Chandler, RYT 200         
This "active relaxation" combines classic poses designed to relax and renew, and require very little muscular effort.  The poses are held for longer periods and allow the body to simply let go of tension, integrating the breath with body.  No Yoga experience necessary.  Props are provided. 1.15 hour 
 
2:00 p.m.       SloMoFlow Yoga:  Donna Pomeroy-Brown, RYT 200

3:30 p.m.       Body, Mind, and Spirit:  Sherri Colby, RYT 200
Release, revitalize, and renew through perceptive explorations of the poses, the breath, and the mind.  This class shall incorporate a balance of the asanas, restorative, meditatiions, and pranayama.  All levels welcome.
 
4:00 p.m.       Ebb and Flow:  Brett Bodily, RYT 200
Mimic the ebb and flow of ocean waves through experiencing the movements of the body and the mind.  This class shall emphasize flowing from one pose to another, holding poses for deeper releases, and studying the moving meditative power of breathing.  All levels welcome.  1 hour to 1.15 hour
